"Oil paintings inspired by stillness, forest air, and the poetry of light."
Aureja Raudone

Welcome - I’m Aureja Raudone, a professional oil painter living and working in Kulautuva, a forested town near Kaunas, Lithuania.

My work explores the quiet beauty of nature — the way morning light filters through trees, how stillness can be felt, and how presence takes shape on canvas.

Rooted in a background in photography and years of experimentation with watercolor and acrylics, I’ve returned fully to oil painting - a medium of depth, tradition, and emotional weight. Each painting is an original work on linen, crafted with intention and a reverence for the natural world.

As a mother of three and a lifelong observer, I find inspiration in subtle moments: the scent of pine, the hush of forest trails, the intangible moods that linger in landscape. My paintings are an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
